A one day (per week booked) non-refundable deposit is required at
the time of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to
arrival. Full payment due upon booking for reservations made less
than 30 days before arrival.
If
written cancellation is received 45 days prior arrival, a full refund
(less the non-refundable deposit and 4% credit charges) will be
made.

policy at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying
you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death,
loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel
