DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY - ALL SEASONS 
A one day (per week booked) non-refundable deposit* is required at the time of booking. If written cancellation is received 45 days prior arrival, a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit and 4% credit charges) will be made. If 45 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund (less 4% credit charges) is given. Cancellations of 30 days or less, no refund is given. Deposits and payments may be applied to a future reservation within one year of the original date of reservation.
